At Sports & Stylish, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below to understand how to proceed with a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. The item must also be in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Accessories: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories such as headwear and certain sports gear cannot be returned.
- Footwear: Shoes that have been worn or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
- Racquets: Padel, Pickleball, and Platform Tennis Racquets that have been used are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Once you receive your RA number, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of your original invoice and the RA number inside the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the new item you would like to receive in your return request. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by us.
